Amazing high quality prompt service at a great price! I was visiting NC and had to leave in 2 days when I got a flat tire because of a screw. Called Twin City Auto in the morning and they were able to check my car/tire that afternoon. Things got complicated when the tire couldn't be fixed and both control arms had to be replaced. They were able to complete the repairs by the next day. They provided me a shuttle to my apartment after drop off and pick up.

I could not recommend Twin City Automotive more! Fair and accurate pricing and recommendations regarding my Telluride. Scheduling an appointment for my oil change was quick and easy and I appreciated that the price of service was set and agreed to prior to the work. Ashley, who seemed to run the front of house operations, was kind, courteous, and professional. She even took the time to leave a kind sticky note on my steering wheel thanking me for trusting my car with them. The mechanics worked diligently, relayed important assessment information regarding my vehicle, and ensured quality control by driving my car down the road to ensure it drove smoothly AND cleaned the wheels and vacuumed the front interior!! It is SO hard to find a mechanic shop that you feel does quality work and doesn’t try to get more money at every opportunity. It is abundantly clear they value their customers and their shop. This is why Twin City Automotive is the only places we will take our vehicles for service.

I came across Twin City automotive while looking for a trustworthy auto shop with good customer service. I have been disappointed by the dealership (I won’t name them) and I won’t be going back there. The Twin City team was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable rates. The young man who drove me home after dropping off my car was so kind and our conversation about our grandparents blessed me more than he knows. There wasn’t a single part of my experience that was below 5 ⭐️ .

I went in for a fuel pump replacement and ended up with a fuel pump that was not new at all (they claimed they ordered a new fuel pump) also a broken sending unit, they put zip ties on the fuel pump, which I found out by going to another auto shop for a second opinion. They tried to act as if they had no clue what the issue was when I got my car back, with gas guage stuck on E, which has never been an issue until I came here. They had several opportunities to be honest about the situation but instead of taking responsibility for what they did, they said it was a new issue and tried to say since my gas was already on empty when I first arrived that it was already like that. They try to play kind, intelligent, and accommodating, but in reality they are BIG LIARS and tried to DEFRAUD me, charging me triple the amount for service they never provided. There was no apology, no accountability for the lies and wasted time. They charged me $1,683.38 for a fuel pump replacement and electrical diagnosis $299.60, that they convinced me I needed. If you are a woman, especially black women and you come here by yourself, be sure to bring someone with you that can verify the service you’re getting

Everyone was friendly and professional. They answered all my questions to help me understand the issue with my car. And the service was high-quality in my opinion. I found this business when they mailed an oil change coupon to my home. So the service was discounted (just a little more than the cost of the oil and filter). They provided a free full inspection, which helped give me peace of mind. It seems like, as a business generally should, they were looking for extra ways to provide value to me (I.e. additional things that needed attention). This included items that weren’t immediate or fully necessary. In other words, they did a great full diagnosis to provide the whole picture of my car’s condition. But someone looking for the most economical option for maintaining their car might be best served using judgment about which suggested additional services to pay for. They saved me a bit of time because they reminded me that my vehicle inspection was due the next month, so I got it done then rather than needing to take the time to schedule and bring my car in for an additional appointment later.
